    Can I draw disability from my husbands social security?

    if I haven't enough work time accumulated to draw disability, can I draw disability from my husbands social security?

    SSDI benefits are paid on your earnings record according to whether or not you have worked and paid enough in employment taxes to be considered insured. Therefore, if you have never worked, you cannot receive disability benefits based on your husband's work record. You may, however, receive retirement benefits based on your husband's work record.
