The most common places in which they are found are your thigh bone (femur), your upper arm (humerus), your pelvis and your ribs. Ewing’s sarcoma can cause several different signs and symptoms. Some of these include: Fever Fatigue Redness and swelling where the tumor is located A decrease in appetite and unintended weight loss Pain in the area where the tumor is Paralysis and incontinence if the tumor is in your spinal region Susceptibility to a broken bone due to the cancer weakening a bone Symptoms that are related to nerve compression from a tumor, such as tingling, numbness and paralysis.
